If I used Maximo for my homebrewing hobby, I wouldn’t have to hunt for my equipment; I could monitor it by location in real-time.  I wouldn’t have to shuffle through papers to find the recipe for my delicious Gatza American Stout, because I have already stored it in a Job Plan.  The Job Plan shows me exactly which ingredients I need and how much time to reserve for each step of the process.  To make sure I always have a supply of stout on hand, I can schedule a PM for each brew date.  I’ll know what frequency to use for my PM by tracking materials usage of my coveted product. This presentation addresses key aspects of the asset management lifecycle, including work planning, procurement, supply chain management, equipment maintenance, and decommissioning, in a light-hearted, easy-to-understand manner that is suitable for anyone who uses or supports Maximo Asset Management.
