Did you know that you should change the default passwords for three different default user accounts in Maximo? Two of these three users are provided administrative access upon installation. Those three users are maxadmin, mxintadm, and maxreg. Many organizations leave their Maximo application open to vulnerability by overlooking these user accounts that are created during the installation process.
Please change the default passwords for these users, and be careful – you may already have integration processes set up to use the mxintadm login credentials.
