Data Cleansing, Standardization & Automation
Our team uses a combination of numerical analysis, heuristics, and subject matter expertise to review your data, and where feasible, standardize the information so that it reports useful insights. We combine our data review with your desired metrics and business processes to ensure the quality of future incoming data. For example:

Classifications may be used to standardize assets, inventory, work orders, and many other Maximo records. Maven’s Simply ClassifyIt is one such example of a pre-loadable standard classification schema based on open standards. Depending on your industry, other classification schemas are also available.
Data entry fields may be standardized using Maximo lookups and domains. Fields essential to reporting metrics may be made required.
Workflow processes and other built-in automation tools may be used to ensure timely, accurate data collection.

Bulk Loading & Transformation
Our data management team is skilled in Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL), and can help you to move large quantities of data into and out of your Maximo system without sacrificing accuracy or speed. Bulk loading may occur once, when migrating to Maximo from a legacy system, or it may be a recurring activity, allowing users to routinely import data from spreadsheets.
